We process orders from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Malaysia time GMT+8). Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Schedule

For domestic orders placed before 12:00 PM, we offer same-day shipping. This means that if you place your order before 12:00 PM, it will be shipped out on the same day. Domestic orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped out on the next business day.

For international orders, we kindly ask for your understanding that they require additional processing time. We will process international orders on the next business day following the placement of your order.

Weekends and Public Holidays

Please note that we do not process orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
